What’s one of the biggest mistakes consumers make when shopping for furniture or other items for our home? They don’t have a plan in place. Without a plan, decisions can often be half-hazard and money is spent on things they later regret.

Do you have a specific room or rooms in your home that is need of a re-design? The Design Concept + Action Plan will provide you with a master plan for creating a feel-good home for you and your family.

All of our recommendations are guided by our signature Feel-good Home Design approach and are unique to you.

By the end of the process you’ll have:

-A clear strategy for how to layout your furniture in the room to maximize flow and functionality

-A recommended overall design style and color palette

-Recommendations for the types of furniture, lighting, decor, storage, rugs, wall treatments, etc. needed to achieve a beautiful, functional, feel-good space.

1. Complete online questionnaire so I can get to know you and your family better and learn more about your home lift and unique style.

2. Schedule and complete 2 hour in-home visit so we can dig in deep on the specific needs and functions of the space you are decorating. During the visit I’ll also take complete room measurements.

3. About 2 weeks after the visit, we’ll meet via Zoom for your design concept presentation. This will include inspiration photos, a to-scale floor plan layout, mood board and suggestions for color palette, types of furniture and lighting needs, etc.

4. You’ll then have the opportunity to provide feedback on the overall concept. One round of revisions is included in the package price.

5. After finalizing the design concept, you’ll receive a detailed shopping spreadsheet to assist you in putting your plan into place.

6. Finally, the package includes 1 hour of follow-up design coaching support via email, phone or video conference. This can be broken up into 4, 15 minute segments, to be used within a 3 month period.

-Tailored presentation with inspiration photos and overall design concept for the room

-Detailed, to-scale, furniture plan layout

-Visual mood board (see sample to the left) with examples of furnishings, lighting, decor and overall color palette.
